You may already be familiar with the ROES ordering system. This Remote Order Entry System has quickly become the standard for sending in digital orders through the internet. You simply download the software to your computer by clicking the “Launch HS ProDigital” link found on our homepage and throughout the site. This program runs on the Java platform which means it will work on both PC and MAC computers. HS ProDigital ROES does require you to set up an customer account with HS Photo prior to using the program for ordering.

The “My Packages” feature is a must for anyone ordering prints for schools and sports.
This feature allows you to create and define your own packages so you don’t have to order your prints individually.

     The “Records” module can also be used for high-volume package ordering, and incorporates the use of pre-defined spreadsheets that can be imported into the software.

     If you are fairly computer savvy, you should have no problem figuring out the ordering process once you download the program. However, it still helps to see the workflow on anything that is new to you. We have a few training videos on our website where you can view the program in action. The videos include topics from set up to ordering, and even package creation.
