FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

Another way to send us your digital files through the internet is by using an FTP client such as Filezilla for Windows or  Fetch for Mac OS/X. You can even use your Internet Browser to log directly into our FTP site.

With either way, the workflow for ordering with HS Photo via FTP would be as follows:

  •        Login to your FTP site.

  •        Transfer your files.

  •        Send an email providing the details of your order.

Keep in mind that this is a manual process of getting us images and does slow down the turn-around times. We primarily keep this gateway open as a backup transfer method in the event an order can not be placed through our standard HS ProDigital ordering program. FTP sites are not openly available to all customers and would need to be set up specifically for you due to the security involved in granting you access to a defined server location. They will require a username and password for verification. If you have any questions about the FTP service please feel free to contact us and someone can further explain the process.
